Triple Offset Butterfly Valves

Valvexo Industries offers Triple Offset Butterfly Valves suitable for both throttling and positive isolation applications. These valves support bi-directional flow control and deliver zero leakage, low fugitive emissions, and reliable performance in steam and high-temperature services up to 550°C.

When the valve is in the closed position, the seal ring mounted on the disc energizes the body seat, creating a tight, high-performance seal. This design ensures secure shut-off even under demanding operating conditions.

The triple offset sealing arrangement allows the disc to move smoothly without friction across the specially engineered seat and disc seal. The laminar seal, made of grafoil layers sandwiched between metal laminations, flexes and energizes under compressive forces. This design accommodates minor body deformations caused by temperature variations, prevents jamming, and ensures a uniform sealing effect with bubble-tight shut-off.
