PRODUCT DETAILS

  • DISC
    For valves up to NPS 2, a solid disc construction is used. Valves above NPS 2 are equipped with forged or cast discs to ensure higher strength and reliable performance.
  • BODY–BONNET CONNECTION
    Manufactured as a single, non-rotating component with ACME threading. The stem is finely machined with a smooth surface finish to enhance sealing efficiency and reduce fugitive emissions.
  • Sealing Surfaces
    Precision-finished seat faces ensure tight shut-off and leak-free operation. Optional renewable or welded seats are available based on application needs.
  • Wedge Design
    Incorporates a flexible wedge that provides accurate alignment, easy operation, and reliable seating, even in high-temperature service conditions.
  • Back Seating
    All valves are equipped with a back seat feature. Carbon steel variants include a replaceable back seat, while stainless steel versions use an integral bonnet-machined design.
  • Gasket Arrangement
    Spiral wound stainless steel and graphite gaskets are used for Class 150–600, with optional ring joint gaskets for Class 600. Higher pressure classes utilize a pressure seal configuration.
